ALLEN C. TANNER, JR.

Biography

As one of the most respected and accomplished Real Estate attorneys in the Tidewater area, Allen has handled thousands of residential and commercial transactions in over 30 years of practice. A lifelong resident of Newport News, he is well known for his commitment to both the community and his peers. Allen has dedicated his career to making buyers, sellers and agents comfortable with all aspects of the real estate closing process. He represents many local builders, mortgage companies and banks in handling their real estate needs and facilitates their specific transactions. He is frequently called to serve as an expert witness in local courts to provide his insight in disputed real estate matters. His motto is "put a lawyer at the closing table."
