JOSEPH F. VERSER

Biography

Mr. Verser is an attorney in the Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups at Jones Blechman and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, realtor/broker defense, personal injury and construction litigation. He also represents individuals injured in automobile accidents. Mr. Verser's practice consists primarily of representing both individuals and corporate entities in state and federal court.

Local to the area, Mr. Verser earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law where he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board. He earned his B.A. from Longwood University (magna cum laude) and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.

Mr. Verser is admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
