Guiding Those Left Behind in Virginia (co-author, 2006)

Originally from Michigan, Susan spent several years teaching in the U.S. Virgin Islands before attending law school in Massachusetts. She remained in the Boston area for twenty-five years, and for most of that time she was a partner in the law firm of Luscomb & English. Susan and her family moved to Virginia in 1998, to help care for her parents as their health declined. She has personally dealt with many of the issues raised by her clients as they, or their parents, face "the Golden Years," including illness, incapacity and death.

Susan and her husband, Harris Luscomb, live in Poquoson, and their daughter, Katie, attends the University of Virginia.
