NLRB Posting Rule Delayed Again?

After being proposed and delayed several times, there is now further uncertainty over whether the National Labor Relations Board may require employers to display posters about employees’ organizational rights.

After being upheld by one federal court in Washington, D.C. earlier this year, a South Carolina federal court has now ruled that the NLRB exceeded its powers in drafting the rule. The ruling’s immediate effect on the April 30 effective date is unclear.
